Part 5  —  Nothing New Under the Sun

It has always been, and always will be, with us:

While it doesn’t make sense to the average Joe, certain personality-types have an insatiable thirst for Power and Control  —which always eventually ends up concentrating into a totalitarian Center of Power, attaining to itself All Authority.  “Absolute power corrupts absolutely.”

Humans are intrinsically political beings. 

For example, when three people come in contact with each other for some period of time, it is usually the case that two of them are going to have more of an affinity towards each other than they do to the third.  Thereby a constituency develops.  Everyone knows the potential consequences of this, both good and bad, for all three people.

Likewise, all human organizations are intrinsically political. 

When a bunch of people are in contact with each other over long periods of time, larger constituencies develop within the organization’s internal body politic.  Constituencies inevitably develop that “look out for their own”, whether that takes place solely within a department, between departments, between a department and management, or even between an organization’s entire workforce and management.

As well, an organization’s internal constituencies deal with the world outside of the organization, which represent the interests of that organization to, e.g., the marketplace it find itself in  —dealing with, e.g., both potential customers (“you should do business with us because…”), and potential competitors and benefactors (“you fund us  —not the other guy—  because…”).

Likewise, within all governments internal constituencies develop. 

And governments have various bureaus that become constituencies internal to that government.  These constituencies have a vested interest to compete, obtain, maintain and increase public monies to themselves. 

Many such constituencies have a tendency to become corrupted, in that they don’t look out for their employer’s or their customer’s bests interests  —even if a bureau’s mission is a Noble one.  Instead, their focus tends to be in the interests of themselves  …particularly funding and power/authorities (which give rise to “turf wars”, some of which have become famous, such as domestic vs foreign intelligence agencies).

This becomes a problem when the customer is the People. 

Especially when the People’s representatives become lazy in their oversight of the bureaus.  Doubly especially when the People’s representatives become corrupted themselves.  And triply especially when a nation’s federal government becomes too Centralized, too huge, and too powerful.  And too hungry and greedy for money and power.

The larger and more geographically-remote the Bureaucracy, the larger, more powerful, inaccessible, callous, inefficient, wasteful, etc., are its bureaus and its internal constituencies. 

When it’s a Bureaucracy the size of the U.S. FedGov you’re talking about  …you’re talking about a very powerful Bureaucracy  —with all of the characteristics listed above (inaccessible, etc.) magnified. 

Now, that’s something to be scared of!

That is why Centralized governments become so dangerous to a people. 

That is why government has to be de-centralized, its authorities and powers severely limited, vested in, and controlled by the People. 

The grinding march down the road towards Total Control of the Known Universe has been attempted from time to time, in fits and starts, since the Garden.  With periods and pockets of peaceful Liberty.

The particular “fit” we find ourselves in is truly global in scope.  Don’t let a [global economic] crisis go to waste!  (Especially since the 19^TH century, Crises   —genuine or manufactured;  large or small;  general or personal/unique;  mundane or spectacular/grotesque—   have been used to grab and centralize power, to tear down jurisdictions, to change or wear-down public opinion into accepting the unacceptable/immoral.  Even the disgusting/depraved.)

Total Control IS the Ultimate road that Obama and his cadre of Marxists ARE taking us down, NOW.  Forcing all of us to go down that road.  Period.  You will change your habits.  “For the Planet.”

To wit:  Obama’s nationalizing entire “sectors”:  energy, health care, etc.:  Eventually, no choice.  No matter His and His minion’s protestations to the contrary (that they won’t adversely affect, e.g., your Freedom to Choose):  Well, then, why are you nationalizing and socializing various sector of our lives, O???

Take health care, for example:  O’Sophist knows very well that an “optional” government health care “plan”  —subsidized and regulated  —and even directly operated—  by the 800 trillion pound FedGov (thereby appearing cheaper to those who don’t understand)—  will, like the twin abominations Medicare and Medicaid have, distort the markets, eventually causing non-government companies and doctors to lose money, thereby forcing them out of business.  And provide less care.  And lower quality care.  He knows this.  Liar.  (On the one hand, He’s telling us what “His” health care plan will and will not do “for us”;  on the other hand, He says He doesn’t know what it will and will not do, because it’s Congress’ legislation.  And so He lies once again.)

That the actions of Him (and His Regulators, and His Horde in the one-party Congress) have and are taking us down that road  …is proof of their ultimate intentions. 

There is no longer any possibility of denying it, or lying about it;  their road is inexorably leading to a place-certain:  Total, Centralized Control of our lives, our future.  In poverty.  That is their Goal.

The majority of the people don’t see it yet, because they don’t know history, don’t understand political science, aren’t aware of, and/or don’t understand the consequences of the numerous pieces of legislation being proposed and being passed, nor of the Executive Orders being executed.

Example:   You couldn’t possibly cajole me to voluntarily replace all my light bulbs with much more expensive (and depressing and hard-on-my-eyes & brain) bulbs, which more than negate any energy cost savings.  But uncaring, ideologically-motivated government Bureaucraps (whose ideologies blind them to other people’s valid concerns) can, in magical I Dream of Jeanie fashion  —with the flick of a pen, command us to do so, regardless of the consequences.  Because they consider themselves to be our lords, and because they have all the B-52’s and shiny, gold G-man badges. 

And the vast majority of the American People are completely unaware of this or the thousands of other legislative initiatives “our” Congress is inundating us with, drowning us in. 

No one person can be aware of them all.  But the various Bureaus  —that include people who certainly know what they want to do!—  know the Regulations that they can use for The Cause. 

If they wanted to, they could all come down on a single person and destroy him, both psychologically and physically.

Total, Centralized Control of our lives, our futures, into a one-size-fits-all paradigm:  This is the Road to economic and social Perdition, that the Dru’s intend for America  …and the world:

Which is why the myth of Warming is called “Global”:  Global Problems logically need Global Controls and Bureaucracies, yes?  If we agree:  Gotcha.  Global Endgame.  If we don’t agree, well, it’s a slower road for them, to be sure, as controls must then be instituted more slowly, without our glowing support, our voluntarily skipping merrily along that Road in the Quest to Save those eating machines, the Cuddly 2,000 pound Polar Bears.

But, not to despair!  Thank God the U.S. Congress finally has a solid, one-party socialist majority in both houses!  So now, all kinds of controls can be rammed through and executed by that same party’s very willing accomplices in the so-called “independent” Executive and Judicial Branches.

And this one-party socialist majority is continuing to ensure that hundreds of billions of dollar per year of pork barreling just keeps on and on.  In fact, it is increasing by the second  —literally!!  I wonder if a single piece of legislation that Congress generates does not include pork?

Even with our economy in dire straights, with so many people out of work:  billions and billions of dollars of additional “earmarks” (graft) are “tucked away” (hidden) in the massive pieces of legislation that keep being pumped out of Washington!  And our Representatives and Senators keep letting it happen!!

Makes one wonder if the fall of our country is inevitable:  These people are acting as if they can keep stealing hundreds of billions of dollars from our economy, perpetually;  that our wealth is infinite;  that no amount of diverting money from our real economy can destroy us;  that no amount of stealing money from taxpayer’s pockets could ever finally crush us.

Thereby, the Slow Road to Hell is being greased by all kinds of corrupt “Representatives”, Senator Godfathers, and Judicial Barons, who learned their trade as Bosses of one sort or another in Chicago and other Dark Denizens and government-funded Socialist Corruption Learning Centers.

The slow, inexorable Centralization of power to Wash, D.C., that we’ve witnessed since FDR’s unconstitutional dictatorship was temporarily scotched (remember?  virtually all of FDR’s New Deal Bureaus were adjudicated as being unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court).  It will eventually be played out on a global scale, with Brussels being the new Washington, D.C. of the world.

That’s their ultimate Central HQ location  …noting that the Chinese have been making noises which indicate they want Beijing to be The Center of It All.  So stay tuned for some fireworks along those lines:  It’s not for nothin’ that the Federal Reserve sends one of its Grand Poobah’s (Tim Geithner, presently in the guise of U.S. Treasury Secretary) with hat in hand to cajole the Chinese to stop making waves (the Chinese want their Central Bank’s notes to be the world’s “Reserve Currency”, instead of the Anglo-Saxon/Eastern Establishment’s Federal Reserve Notes).

The Free World is being talked into merrily (and with Hope for Change in their hearts!) going down this pipe dream Road, in the name of Fairness and “Protecting” such things as the cute, defenseless Children Polar Bears, etc.  —so don’t even think about protesting, you “single-issue Right Wing Extremists”! 

(By the way, just who has time to seriously engage more than one issue  —being that those who actually pay taxes work more than half the year just to pay all of them?  And by the way, aren’t most liberal activists “single-issue”, too  —except those liberal-socialist-Marxist “quasi-governmental” entities that are subsidized to the tune of millions and millions of your dollars each year?)

Meanwhile, Polar Bears are more numerous than any time in the past century. 

And ice is growing/accumulating in the Antarctic.  And the Globe is cooling (so revive the Global Cooling Scare of the 1970’s!).

More truths that are inconvenient to that perennial liar and dumb bunny, Al Gore.  It will suck to be him on Judgment Day.

Part 2  —  Simon Says

His endgame? (envelope, please):  Re-make our society into a socialist-Marxist one.  Which will inevitably require Total Control of All.  Simon says.  But for now:  Utopia in Our Time!  Pinky promise!!

Anyone who’s read Philip Dru: Administrator or 1984   —or, in spite of Peter Jennings, et al, knows the horror story of what the socialist-Marxist-communists did to the peoples of Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia last century—   can well imagine what endgame Marxist O’Dru & Co. has in mind for us.  (Ever hear of the ideology of his famous “pastor of 20 years”, Liberation Theology?  That furnishes a Big Hint.) 

Why, He’s already revealing his real goals via His actions.  Examples:

• He’s   —super-quickly!—   converting large chunks of America into the final stages of a corporate fascist State (the conversion of which has been underway for a long time;  but, that’s another story).

Finally understanding, Bankers asked, but at first were not allowed to(!), give back the billions of TARP money  —that many of the bankers were forced by the Treasury Dept to “take” in the first place  …via, e.g., the G-men threatening audits (and threatening to make them public, which would’ve been real bad for businesses during the height of the financial crisis, as that would’ve caused great loss in consumer confidence in those companies).  This, the media calls “borrowing”.

The bankers persisted in asking, and after a while, under continuing pressures, O relented, His Treasury Dept. Boiler Room came up with a bevy of stall tactics:  O.K., uh, er, uh…  well, here’s what we want you do to:  1) come up with, and report to us (under penalty of perjury, of course), your current asset-to-debt ratio (which will take up some time for big corporations to do, in order to make triply-sure they don’t not run afoul of perjury).  After y`all report back to us, then we need time to…  2) magically dream up how many dollars you’ll have to “keep on hand”  …before we will even think of   3) “allowing” you to return the TARP money  …at which time, we’ll require you to perform the time-consuming task of  4) raising the required tens of billions of keep-on-hand dollars,  …followed by, sometime later,   5) our giving you permission to pay back the “emergency” TARP money.  Or maybe only some of it.  Or maybe none.  We’ll get back to you.

So, just who’s in Control of the banks??

Simon says, “we’ll just make this all up as we go along, creating Strings to keep you attached to our Treasury Dept. Control Booth”.

Now (June, 2009), some banks are being allowed to return some TARP money (10 “larger” banks are even being allowed to exit the TARP program, so that sounds good, right?).  But, wait!  Then you find out that four of the five largest banks aren’t being “allowed” to return their TARP money!

Simon says, “we’ll still Control you, one way or another”.

Such as via the Pay for Performance requirements of TARP, which authorizes The Chairman of the Board (O;  not Sinatra) to dictate the compensation of the top earners of “Any financial institution that sells troubled assets to the Secretary under this Act … shall require that the financial institution meet appropriate standards for executive compensation and corporate governance”.  (Translation:  Do what we say, or we may Change your compensation.  Message received.  Bank will comply with O’s wishes.)

And since not all banks have “borrowed” TARP money, why He’s come up with another trick to put up His sleeve, in case All Refuse to Comply:  He now wants His lackeys in Congress to give Him the Authority to dictate the pay of the top 10 earners at all banks, not just those with TARP money.  Sweet arrangement you got there, O’Simon!  (Upon obtaining that Authority, I wonder if those banks will then gladly do whatever O Charlemagne’s minions hint that He wants?)

It’s about the Control.

It’s about the Money.  To gain more Control.

      So, it’s about the Control, mostly.

Reality is stranger than fiction.

Now, let’s see…  since that TARP Money thing has turned out to be really Pliable & Useful in the Fingers of O, what other Control can the O Man dream up?  Let’s see …

• TARP was sold to the American People as being only to “bail out” banks and other financial institutions  —even the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 (EESA), which created TARP, states, “any institution, including, but not limited to, any bank, savings association, credit union, security broker or dealer, or insurance company….”.

Well, to a talented Sophist (Liar) & Extortionist like O, that sure sounds like Congress meant car companies.  Why, GMAC Financial Services has ‘GM’ in its name, right?  And Chrysler Financial has ‘Chrysler’ in its name, right?  That means car companies!

So let’s see what legal fictions O Alchemist has  —poof!—  turned into force-of-“law” reality:

• He’s orchestrated  —forced—  the takeover of two of our country’s largest industrial corporations, GM and Chrysler  …by the Government.

After  …pumping some 100 billion of our dollars into them (using some of His new SuperSlushFund, TARP;  which, apparently, is to be handled like petty cash in the overall scheme of trillions of dollars) and Changing their ownership structure, only then did He “allow” them to declare bankruptcy!

That was big of Him.  All hail our Über Czar, our King Simon Says!

Most of GM stockholders’ property has been “transferred” to Big Government (60%) and  —surprise!—  Big Union (18%), with the original stockholders (which includes little old grandmas) being allowed to keep 22% of their stock.  That, too, was big of Him.

I expect the previous stockholders are thankful, after the lion’s share of all their money, that they put into GM over the years  —their property—  has been “given” to other people.  Some Dare Call it Theft.

Marxist-style, 20% of a company’s Means of Production has been  —poof!—  “given” to the much-abused, highly underpaid Workers at GM by O’Lenin.  Just like Karl Marx envisioned.

Using billions of your tax dollars.  Because they “deserve” it, because it’s “Fair”.  (And because the UAW coordinated gobs of votes for Him.  Shhhh.)

I equally expect the proletariat (Marx’s term for ‘manual laborers’) are thankful that their new, stolen portfolio was shored up with billions of your tax dollars, before they received that particular gift-wrapped present.  So that’s what a “windfall profit” is!  (Let me guess:  I’ll bet Labor unions are tax-exempt entities, yes?  And they can give money to political campaigns??  And they can borrow from [government-influenced] banks against their new, non-windfall profits-taxed stock portfolio???  Maybe I’m getting too cynical.  Corrupted politics can do that to a person.)  What does RICO stand for, again?

I also expect that the Ford Motor Company is none too happy that GM and Chrysler have had a $100B infusion of capital  —of tax dollars, no less!—  with which they can compete against Ford.  And O talks about “evening the playing field”!  (Of course, Ford may not want to complain, being that there are legions of O’s Orcs (Bureaucrats) with Regulations at the ready, which give them Authorities in all matters touching businesses, and which could be directed to “quietly look into” Ford’s activities  …at all its facilities Throughout the Land…  oh, this isn’t looking very pretty.)  Mussolini must be proud.

Oh, and I don’t want to forget (there’s so many Emergency actions going on!) the hit love story, O’Cupid, Chrysler & the Union:  Why, I expect the UAW also likes its new 60% stake that He’s orchestrated for them there, too.  (I wonder how much the UAW’s total net worth has increased this year?  No recession for that corporation tax-exempt entity!  This Crisis sure didn’t go to waste for them, especially considering that they were on the ropes prior to this non-taxed-for-them windfall!)  (But, everyone else’s taxes will skyrocket shortly, as we’ll see, later.)

As well, let’s not forget that O has orchestrated that a foreign company, Fiat, is getting a 35%(!) stake, in exchange  —not for ponying up money!;  only U.S. taxpayers are required do that  …around the world!—  but for “sharing” its Efficiency Technology (whatever that means;  I’d like a deal like that:  get a stake in a huge, “leaner” company whose debts have vanished by edict of the King!).  Looks like O’s Mafia operations are going Global already, starting with sending loot to its Italian Fatherland.

I wonder who UAW members might vote for, next Presidential election?  Telepromptered hints, anyone?

• It would’ve been much cheaper for us taxpayers if Obama would’ve just “allowed” GM and Chrysler to declare bankruptcy in the first place  —the normal, legal route already available, which has worked for hundreds of years without the Executive Branch doing so much intervenin’ and power & wealth & property redistributin’. 

Talk about the politics of the past!  Talk about conflicts of interest!  Talk about unconstitutional Executive Branch actions, the likes of which have not been seen since the days of our last King, FDR, when the Supreme Court declared most of his New Deal power-grab schemes unconstitutional.

It’s about Transfer of Wealth & Property (which socialist-Marxists call “Fairness”).

It’s about Political Gerrymandering/Vote Buying/Payola (which socialist-Marxists call “Fairness”).

It’s about the Transfer of your Power & Authority to FedGov, Inc (which socialist-Marxists call “Fairness”).

(Makes one wonder how the economy would be doing, if the trillions of dollars were simply given to us peasants, instead?  Without all the government bureaucratin’ and money n’ power transferrin’.  Hmmm…  Maybe would’ve resulted in an instant “backstop” of the Mortgage Crisis?  …but we peasants don’t have close, personal Friends in High Places, like George Soros, that can pull O’s strings (which are connected to His Hip Pocket;  which is connected to our Purse Strings).)

• He and His hench-Committeemen (none of whom have ever run an auto company!) have established yet another Precedent:  inserted themselves into the corporate boardroom and fired key corporate personnel (the remaining will no doubt follow His telepromptered wishes, ya think?).  His takeovers affect a huge ownership and employment base, across a complex multitude of supplier streams.  But, don’t worry;  He knows what He’s doing.  To wit: He’s telepromptering His vision of proper, green product offerings.  To be dictated by His committees, czars and piles of even more Regulations than the hundreds of thousands we already labor under.  And brought about by one heck of a compliant Board of Directed at the top.  So He knows how to run car companies.  Really Smart guy.

Because He knows what us citizens will voluntarily buy.  Or be forced to buy, via His upcoming Luxury taxes.

Him Big Boss.  His surrogate “czars” will dictate many things (in the 1930’s, newspapers called FDR’s czars “dictators”;  I kid you not!).  According to Reuters, there’s presently a bank bailout czar, an energy czar, a drug czar, a U.S. border czar, an urban czar, a regulatory czar, a stimulus accountability czar, etc.

It’s about Intimidation and Control.

Free World to Maximum Leader:  The U.S. President’s authorities do not include taking over, controlling & restructuring, redistributing companies’ wealth and stockholders’ property, firing non-Executive Branch people, and telepromptering companies’ product lines. 

(Not to mention the vast majority of the other things the FedGov unconstitutionally has its bureaucratic grip on.  But that’s a whole `nother story.)

We citizens can only haplessly watch, as, literally, trillions of our wealth  —and our children’s and grandchildren’s!—  is used to nationalize our country, with even more trillions(!!,!!!,!!!,!!!,!!!) to follow.

Thereby is our King pledging our earnings, our wealth, for many, many decades to come.  This makes us slaves  —literally!  Entrenching our slavery even further than it already was, to our debt holders, such as those very caring, human rights-minded Chinese Communists.

Thanks a bunch, O King!

And our “Representatives” and Senators barely peep about these deviltries.

When there’s no money or Authorities left to us citizens, when everything is somehow Controlled or Transferred to the FedGov  …then it follows that the FedGov can be the only source of sustenance to its powerless serfs.  We’re fast moving there.  To wit:

• He’s notified us that His Federal Government Super-Bureaucracy will dictate how huge “sectors” of our economy (i.e., aspects of our lives) will operate…  health care, education and energy.  Often, via the catch-all trump card, The Holy Environment.  He will do all this via legislation that will further empower His surrogate Regulators to, as is said these days, “get all up in our business” (EPA, etc., etc., etc.;  who are, apparently, the most unique humans in history:  intrinsically non-Partisan and non-ideological, their Regulations intrinsically Just).

The FedGov will thereby eventually control the vast majority of our lives, sooner or later rationing how much we eat, heat, drive, play, etc.;  telling us what to eat;  designing our cars and our children’s minds.  

For the Planet.  For the Children.  Or the Polar Bears.  Or in the name of Tolerance, Fairness or Equality or some-such excuse for gaining Control on all areas of our lives.

No more School Choice program for Milwaukee, no matter what that supposedly “local jurisdiction” wants, or whether it has determined charter schools is great for their kids!  You see, they are, effectively, the FedGov’s kids.  Not yours.  (Home schooling is also high on their hit list:  Can’t control what you can’t brainwash.)

Major Problem for any nation:  Universal control risks universal error.  (And Government Bureaucracies are so responsive to their subjects’ complaints, eh?)

Controlling/designing entire sectors of a nation’s economy (not to mention kid’s beliefs ) from a Central Bureaucracy flies in the face of a hundred years’ experience:  such inevitably leads to disaster.  And really nice, brown-shirted kids.  And afeared parents.

Bummer.

It’s about Social Engineering.

You will be assimilated.  Or fired.  Endgame.  Checkmate.  Even young fans of Star Trek get the concept.  Fun future for all!  Problem is:  The Messiah’s congregants think that He means them good.  Silly bunnies.

Note:   As we all know, Obama is considered by many as ‘Messiah’.  So, in deference to Politically Correct comity, I employ herein the royal ‘He’.

Someone once said that there was a point when everything known by humankind exceeded the ability of any one person to know it all.  I forget who said that.  Guess that makes me a mere human.

After all is said and done in a week’s political happenings and commentary, one eventually gets to the point of, “so, then, what’s the endgame?”  Well, we now have enough data  —including piles and piles of new debt and government “solutions” costing trillions of dollars we don’t have;  power transfers to the FedGov;  and even more wealth transfers from the taxpayers and private individuals and companies, to various of the FedGov’s friends—  that we know what our President’s real endgame is.

His endgame.  For us.  Enforced by the vast regulatory, judicial and physical powers of the most potent and far-flung State (Bureaucracy) in world history. 

Regardless of His adminispokesmen’s oh-so-reasonable-sounding tones when explaining His programs and His intentions.

He doesn’t want to “own” or “run” auto companies “forever”;  just for now.  Pinky promise.  In the meantime, He’ll just “reconfigure” them to His vision of proper “green” companies and product lines. 

And “reconfigure” health care  —1/6 of our economy!—  and energy  —another 1/6!  That’s a huge portion of our lives  —via just two pieces of legislation!

I forget right now what other areas of my life He’s going to reconfigure:  What, with not letting any Crisis go to waste, there are so many emergencies!

Much of our lives are about to be Controlled by legions of Bureaucrats, wielding even more volumes of “laws” (Regulations) —which always end up being mazes of hundreds, sometimes thousands, of new Authorities.

Insight as to how badly He wants to control us? 

• Take “Universal” (meaning, socialized/nationalized and politically-corrected) Health Care legislation:  It may not pass this year.  So, He says, it MUST be passed this year, “or it never will be”.

That’s supposed to be a scary thought, for some reason.  As if that is the most pressing problem facing us.  (“It’s the jobs”, stupid.  Or so I was led to believe.) 

No time to discuss it.  “Just pass the FedGov’s multi, multi-trillion-dollar legislation so I can start regulatin’.”  Red Alert!!

Queue up the Scare Machines at Monster, Inc. (PBS, et al)  …to explain, over and over, why we need to be scared out of our wits if the FedGov doesn’t get Control, NOW!  Showcase the odd, single-incident or low-probability situations in which we’re supposed imagine ourselves being, so we’ll pour all our Fears into our Obamamma.  Tremble until you talk yourself into believing that He-She will protect you from your Fears (somehow, though you’ve no clue;  just Believe).

Just bury your head into His-Her breast, and Hope that all the Fantastical Change that He-She is promising & alluding to will supply all your milk and milk bottles, and pay your super-expensive renewable energy bills so you can warm your milk.  It’s all too complex, too many Unfathomable Crises of Gargantuan Scope looming in the mirky, scary future.  Please, Obamamma, please make it all go away.

That’s the pathetic State of the People, as more and more of us are looking to government to magically supply all our needs and wants, make all the scary monsters go away, rock us to sleep in our government-supplied cribs.

If you’ve seen the movie, ‘Monsters, Inc.’, you’ll understand this: 

I suggest you lock all your closet doors.  With your TV’s inside.  Better yet, shred both.

• Meanwhile, not a peep about the two pregnant 800 pound gorillas, on their way to being 2 pound Michael Jackson-like waifs (now, that’s a scary visual!):  Medicare and Medicaid are broke, soon not even being able to pay out current expenses.  And with those two gorillas expecting babies.  Hordes of Baby Boomers, that is.

Could the real reason for all this scaremongering be that if everyone is cared for by “Universal” Health Care  …why, then, Medicare and Medicaid could just go quietly away into the dust bin of history, to never be mentioned again by MSNBCXYZ  …so we can just forget the fact that the FedGov thieves and their beneficiaries have been stealing trillions from our “trust” funds all these years (and thereby forestall the citizenry from resurrecting Le Guillotine on the steps of the Capitol  …or worse yet, not re-elect them)?  Or could the prime reason be something darker?  More about that later.

• In another exercise of adding insult to deliberate injury, the multi-trillion dollar Tax Your Capped Trade  — the largest tax increase in American history—  was passed in the House with our so-called Representatives not even so much as looking at that Lesson in Jumbo Corruption.  (Surprised?)

Did you hear Katie Couric inform you that it will be the largest tax hike, EVER?

If this abomination passes the Senate, it will cost each family dearly, as it both transfers billions and billions of our tax dollars to all the usual suspects (Big agribusiness, Big college, Big community organizing, etc.);  as well as mandates changes that will result in massive new costs on all energy sources (including the energy used to manufacture things, so everything will cost more) 

…while actually causing more carbon to be emitted into the atmosphere;

…while nuclear power  —the environmentally-friendly energy source (just ask France, which generates 80% of its electricity from nuclear)—  remains taboo;

…and while the eco-sexy, unworkable-on-large-scale “renewable” sources and other super-expensive eco-schemes and fuels that are in vogue with the intelligentsia and the sophisticate will be heavily subsidized.  To fool people into thinking “what a deal!”, without realizing it is their tax money  —that they are forced to pay— that’s subsidizing idiotic schemes and fuels that we can’t afford as a nation.  To the benefit of all the usual suspects, Big energy, Big agriculture, etc.  (Surprised, yet?)

And there’s a hundred other Corruptions in that bill, too many to list here.

Business as Usual, in this O Most Transparent of U.S. Administrations in History.

It’s about the graft. 

It’s about the Control. 

It’s about making America a third world economy.

The Waxman-Markey energy bill will Control our lives with  —you guessed it—  even more Regulations, deliberately designed to radically reduce our standard of living.  Is yours too extravagant?  O says it is.  He even boasted a year ago or so that His aim was to kill the coal companies and make our electricity bills skyrocket  —by 90%!  Boasted!

Adding this single bill’s costs to the multiple trillions already being spent by O in other Areas of Corruption, Spending and Control, plus the O Regime’s pronouncements of who’s supposedly not going to see higher taxes being lowered (at first, only the “rich” ($250k/yr households) were to suffer tax hikes;  now it’s $100k/yr households that are “rich”;  next adjustment, please?), well…

Watch out for drastic curtailings of your lifestyle.  To wit:

Investors Business Daily (‘Waxman-Markey:  Man-Made Disaster’, 6/25/09) noted:

An analysis of Waxman-Markey by the Heritage Foundation projects that by 2035 it would reduce aggregate gross domestic product by $7.4 trillion.

Wow.  (I’ll bet you’re thinking of a different word.)

Ben Lieberman, Senior Policy Analyst at The Heritage Foundation testified before the Senate Republican Conference on June 22, 2009:

“We estimate [annual] job losses averaging 1,145,000 at any given time from 2012-2035.  And note that those are net job losses, after the much-hyped green jobs are taken into account.  Some of the lost jobs will be destroyed entirely, while others will be outsourced to nations like China and India that have repeatedly stated that they’ll never hamper their own economic growth with energy cost-boosting global warming measures like Waxman-Markey.”

“Electricity costs go up 90 percent by 2035, gasoline by 58 percent, and natural gas by 55 percent by 2035.  … 

…the total cost … works out to an average of $2,979 annually from 2012-2035 for a household of four.  By 2035 alone, the total cost is over $4,600 [annually].”

That’s going to put a serious crimp on your annual budget, junior.  Vacations:  A former part of the American Dream.  Better start thinking of a way to ask your boss for huge raises.  Or put all your kids to work.  No wonder Nancy Pelosi wouldn’t let her fellow Congressmen read this bill.

It’s about limiting the peasants’ lives and futures.

So, while at may be true that direct tax bills of those of families making less than $250k $100k/yr may not go up, the cost of living for all of us sure will!  (This bill levies indirect taxes;  but they’re taxes all the same, if one were truthful about it.  Such are the Little Details of sophistry, that hide Big Lies.)

O, boy!  O & Co., Pelosi & Co., and Big Media are sure Big League Liars!

But there is one bright spot:  Since so many more people will be unemployed  …that takes care of the illegal immigration problem.  No fence needed.  No guards, either, because no one will want to come to the Land of No More Opportunities.

How to destroy an economy?  Ask your Obamamma.  He-She’s sure looking out for you!
